We are a salon that specializes in Olaplex Bonding treatments. If you're familiar with the damaging effects of hair coloring, particularly bleaching, you'll understand the importance of proper care for your hair. Olaplex is a revolutionary three-step process designed to repair and protect hair from damage. It works at a molecular level to restore the broken disulfide bonds in your hair caused by harsh chemical treatments like bleaching and coloring.
As a professional salon dedicated to the health of our clients' hair, we have decided to only offer bleaching services with the protection of Olaplex. This policy applies to all highlighting, balayage, and scalp bleaching services. We are committed to providing you with the best hair color while maintaining the quality and health of your hair.
A few notes before you read our price list (so it makes sense)
1) Prices may vary due to time needed, depending on hair length, thickness and original starting colour.
2) A blow-dry is not included with your colour service and will need to be booked, if required.
3) If you don't know what colour service you require DO NOT book online. Please call us to talk through your options and book a complimentary consultation.
4) We require a skin test at least 24 hours prior your colour appointment.
5) Should a cancellation or date change be required, we do request a minimum of 24 hours' notice or a £20 cancellation fee per service may be charged. 'No shows' will be charged at your full appointment cost and will need to be paid prior to your next visit

LASTING PROTECTION AT HOME
The final steps happens at home. Hair Perfector's can be used once a week as protection from ongoing damage. It’s as simple as applying it to damp hair, combing it through, leaving it in for 10 minutes minimum, and washing your hair like normal. You can maximize effectiveness by leaving it on overnight.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Olaplex is a three-step process. It consists of a patented active ingredient that seeks out broken bonds in the hair on a molecular level. These broken bonds don’t have to be just from chemical damage. In fact, this treatment works for heat and mechanical damage as well. It is the ultimate breakage insurance in three steps, two of which are at the salon.
DOES IT REALLY WORK?
With rave reviews and endorsements, is Olaplex the cure to over lightening and styling? Not exactly. Yes, Olaplex will make your hair feel stronger after coloring than it normally would, but it is not a miracle fix for damaged hair. For best results, use Olaplex during your color treatment, rather than after it. However, just because you have Olaplex, doesn’t mean you can lighten your hair to the point that it is disintegrating and expect this product to fix it. Olaplex is not the cure-all for dry or damaged hair. So how does it work?
Make your Express appointment on the day you needed it or upgrade an existing appointment. (remember an skin test is required for all clients who have not had colour at Glitterati before or have not attended the salon for over 12 months)
You'll receive a consultation with one of the highly trained Glitterati team (unfortunately you can't request particular stylists but rest assured we're all equally amazing!)
Where Express services require hair to be rinsed off, move over to the blast dry area where we'll lend you a hairdryer and fantastic Redken products for you to blow dry your own hair. (Due to health and safety we can't lend brushes but there's a great selection available to buy if you forget to bring your own)

TONER
Once hair has been bleached, it can come out a really "raw "colour. A hair toner is a demi-permanent hair colour that can alter the state of the hair’s colour and pH level. It will help cool down or warm up to the exact shade of your hair when you leave the salon. A toner can be applied in between colour treatments, not just right after one, so that your colour lasts and looks fresh longer.

Patch Testing for Colour Services
For your safety and peace of mind we patch test prior to our hair coloring services. If you have not had colour service with us recently, please pop in for a free patch test at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment. It takes just minutes and you don’t need an appointment for the test.
Pricing
Hair colour services do not include styling (cutting or blow-drying) allowing you to add a cut and finish or blow-dry with a stylist level of your choice.
Our colour specialists offer different levels of experience, which is reflected in our pricing, giving you greater choice.
To create your desired look we may need to use extra products and/or time, in which case we reserve the right to state prices are listed ‘from’ and will agree any price changes with you first.
Cancellation and Deposits
We appreciate your time is precious and occasionally you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You are most welcome to do this, but we do need at least 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to resell the appointment slot. Late cancellations will be incur a £20 per service booked charge, missed and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Services over 60 minutes may require a 25% deposit
